The (AC01389) Modern Style Hot Air Gravity Distribution Kit is an accessory designed for the Ventis fireplace, providing a sleek and aesthetically pleasing option for distributing hot air to other parts of your home located directly above the fireplace.

This modern-style kit includes several components: a decorative plate, adjustable frame, heat distribution box, telescoping section, and anchor plates. These components work together to create an efficient and visually appealing hot air distribution system.

Similar to the previous kit, the minimum height for the hot air duct in this modern-style kit is 68 inches, and the maximum length of the hot air ducts should not exceed 10 feet. To ensure safety, the ducts must maintain a 2-inch clearance from combustible materials when passing through walls or floors.

The grills should be installed higher above the fireplace to generate more draw and heat. This allows for better circulation and distribution of the heated air.

To complete the installation of this modern-style kit, an 8-inch duct (not included in the kit) is required. The duct is used to connect the various components, providing a pathway for the hot air to flow from the fireplace to the desired areas of your home.
